September 14th: PLC & Philmont Interest Meeting

We will have our Patrol Leader Council this Monday; immediately after the PLC ends, we will transition to our normal meeting. Youth leaders should make plans to attend. Additionally, we will have an interest meeting for Philmont, a backpacking trip that will happen during the summer.

September 25th – 27th: Nashville Auto Campout

During this campout, Scouts will tour the Nashville Auto Museum. This is our Arrow of Light invitation campout; as such, Scouts will be given opportunities to lead and teach.

Where: Lane Motor Museum (TBD) – Google Maps

Camping at Camp Boxwell – Google Maps

When: Meet at Asbury shed Friday 25th, 5:00 PM, return Sunday 27th, ~11:00 AM

October 17th: Rimfire World Championship Volunteering

Our troop will be volunteering at the Rimfire World Championship Event by spraying paint over targets. Food and drinks will be brought and provided.

Where: Cavern Cove Competitive Shooting – Google Maps

When: Saturday 17th, 8:o0 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 18th, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

October 23rd – 25th: Talladega Race

Race weekend at Talladega. We will attend races Saturday and Sunday and return later Sunday.
