[Troop351] 2022 Sipsey campout postponed

I'll send this out under its own subject.
This is a signup for a hike in the morning. It will get hotter as the day
goes on...so it will be good to hike in the morning. This is in flux, and
I'm open to some suggestions.
Still working out the details of a campfire at my house. You won't need to
goto one to attend the other. :)
