We are meeting at 5pm, and will not be attending the parade that
would require us to be at the field at 4:30. I've included some additional
information provided by the organizer. I've added bolding that was not
present in the initial email to call out some important sections. Please
be prepared for scouts to come home Friday if weather interferes with our
plans.
*Post Game Campout:*
Once the post-game fireworks conclude and the fire marshal give us all
clear, we will allow everyone who is camping to go back out to the cars and
gather all of their camping gear! Reentry will be through our grounds crew
gate, and we will have staff leading everyone onto the field. *EVERYONE
must be wearing their wristband in order to get onto the field.* Once
everyone has set up camp, they can take their popcorn and Pepsi voucher up
to the concession stands and get ready for the movie. After the movie we
will turn out all of the lights so everyone can get to sleep.
If there is an emergency throughout the night and someone needs to leave
the ballpark, one of our staff members will be on the main concourse behind
section 5.
*Wake Up Call and Breakfast:*
In the morning, there will be a 7:00 AM wakeup call for everyone and we
will have breakfast waiting at the top of section 17. Everyone must exit
the ballpark by 8:00 AM. We ask that you pick up all of the garbage that
may be left on the field as we have another game that day.
*Rain Policy:*
As I am sure most of you have looked at the forecast, we may have some rain
coming in on Friday. We still encourage everyone to come out to the
ballpark and have a great time! *In the event 5 innings of the game are not
played, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2
innings; tickets may be exchanged for any 2026 regular season.* In the case
of the Scout campout, we would absolutely discuss a date reschedule a
campout on the field.
