[Troop351] Time for Camporee

I've updated the roster, mostly around transportation.  If a scout has
information after their name other than staff, it means that they are
travelling to or from camp independently.  Thank you to everyone for making
sure we get all our scouts to camp that wants to go.  If you are not
checking in on Friday with the troop, please be sure to send a permissions
slip and med forms (if you have not turned them into the troop).
