[Troop351] Time for Camporee

Grubmasters, please plan for fewer scouts when you have staff in your
patrol. They will be eating meals elsewhere. Be sure to bring a few extra
snacks for when they visit if you have those planned. Reminder that scouts
should eat Friday or bring a bag dinner with them. We did not include a
Friday meal in the plan.
