[Troop351] Campout Planning

We've got 2 campouts coming up where we need some additional help.

We are going to Blue Angels Park July 8-11
<https://advancements.scouting.org/calendar/event/6352621> (Tue-Fri).  We
have 11 scouts signed up, with a limit of 15 seats.  We need more adults
camping to support signing up more scouts.  Adults, please let me know if
you are able to support this trip.  I've asked many of you already, so I'm
just looking for yes responses :)

I'm bringing a paper roster to meetings to manage the seat registrations.
When we've filled every seat, I'll start a waiting list for those that
would like to attend in case there's an open seat.  Scouts of
adult volunteers will naturally have a seat reserved for them.

In September we are going backpacking.  We need to plan the weekend we're
going backpacking to get our reservation in before the camp is full.
Complicating things are sports and band events that will occur in
September.  In order to avoid many unknown school event conflicts, we are
considering going Labor Day weekend.  This has the added benefit of
arriving Saturday morning and still getting two nights of camping.  Please

plan this.

We will be planning again in August and coming up with a whole new set of
campouts.  We've got events planned through February and will extend that
until next August.  See the list below for the current plan:

September - Backpacking - Amicalola Falls State Park, GA
October - Pioneering/Scout Skills - Guntersville State Park
November - Cooking/Scout Skills - Comer or Jackson
December - Climbing/Lock-in - High Point, Huntsville
January - Fort Morgan
February - Shooting Sports (Archery)
