[Troop351] Summer Camp Request

Everyone will need med form C filled out and signed by a doctor for summer
camp.  Please begin turning those in.  We would like to have all of these
collected by June 3rd so that we have time to check the forms against our
roster.  Anyone who arrives at camp without a form will need to return home
so we need to make sure we have all forms before we depart.
