[Troop351] July at Camp Jackson

Grubmasters please shop for the number in your patrol.  I've combined
Spartans and Magical Narwhals, so Cooper will need to buy for 6.  Every
grubmaster should be shopping for 4-6 scouts.  The budget is $25/person for
4 meals + snacks, drinks, etc as planned in the meal plan.  Everyone should
eat at home or bring a sack dinner for Friday night.
