[Troop351] Camporee Roster

Here's the updated roster.  Today is the last day to add, so please let me
know if you didn't get signed up or I didn't include you and you want to go
to camporee.  I've split the roster up after discussing this with the SPL
and getting feedback from grub masters in the new patrols.

I still need 2 grub masters for the first group of scouts.  Please let me
know if you signed up to be grubmaster.  If any scouts have *food allergies*,
please let me know.  Hopefully that input was provided during
meal planning.  I will make sure that the grubmasters are reminded of any
foods that need to be avoided when they are shopping.
