[Troop351] May Uniform Contest

At each meeting in May each scout can earn points for their patrol by
having components of their field uniform.   More parts means more points.

According to the boy scout handbook the uniform:
Scout shirt, scout pants or shorts, scout belt, scout socks, and
appropriate footwear for the activities.  Our troop does wear a neckerchief.

The patrol with the most points can have a fun Saturday activity.   The
specific prize, and corresponding fame and fortune, details will be decided.
