Using scoutbook removes even more obstacles for our parents to take the lead on executing the things the troops want to do.</div><div><br></div><div>Things our adults/committee have done to make leading a trek easy:</div><div><ul><li>Dues cover expenses so you don't have to collect money<br></li><li>Electronic receipts for reimbursement so grub masters or adults can be refunded easily.<br></li><li>Checklist of must-do's and suggestions for treks so new trek masters can work step by step...AND cover all the safety needs.<br></li><li>Scoutbook for RSVP, roster reports, requirements tracking to automate invitations, responses, and organize comments OUTSIDE of email threads.<br></li><li>Scoutbook for permission slips so there is no need to manage the paper print outs...but you could if needed.<br></li></ul></div><div>Also, using scoutbook <b><u>adds</u></b> tracking, permission slips, and formal planning to events like Escape Room, Huntsville Havoc night, or Spartan vs Patriots dodgeball. </div><div><br></div><div><img src="cid:ii_l89bzhbb0" alt="image.png" style="width:844px;max-width:100%"><br></div></div></div>
