[Troop351] October Rimfire Challenge Volunteers

[Josh Cooley]

All,

We are supporting the Rimfire Challenge World Championship in October. We
usually get a spike in sign-ups at the last minute, but we're looking to
plan ahead for this event. The sportsmen and owners of the range have
supported our troop in the past with donations, equipment, and time. We
need to have many more volunteers to support their event. I've listed
scout volunteers below, but we also need a few more adults to ensure we
have enough drivers to get everyone there.

The job is to paint targets with white spray paint between rounds. This
occurs when the range safety officer ensures all guns have been safely
stored and the range is clear. Every volunteer from years past has enjoyed
this event, and most scouts that have volunteered look forward to this. We
need to have enough scouts to support every station, with hopefully a buddy
for company while doing the work.

We will be feeding the scouts and adults. We may bring sandwiches or cook
a quick, hot meal. They have food trucks on site, but we will be providing
the meal and the transportation.
