Tonight we talked about the need for sunscreen and that being prepared is
not just having it, but applying it. Parents, please remind scouts that
they can be burned even on a cool day and that they need to apply sunscreen
to enjoy the full weekend. We also talked about the importance of ear
protection. Scouts will need plugs or other ear protection that they can
wear for an extended period of time. They will be asked to use ear
protection during the race.
