[Troop351] Trekmasters Needed

All,

We have several events that are in need of a trekmaster.  The trekmaster
will take the lead on getting reservations, reviewing the transportation
numbers and adult supervision needed for the event, and sharing any event
specific information.  Each event may have other responsibilities such as
distributing tickets or managing the return of borrowed equipment.  These
will remain a team effort among the adults, but we need someone to take
point on some of these items.

We go camping monthly, but here are 3 that need some additional planning
and leadership now.
July: Whitewater Rafting (date TBD)
September: Nashville Auto Museum + AOL invitation - tentatively Sept 25-27
October: Talladega Race - October 24-26

You do not have to commit to any of these to ask questions.  We have
monthly outings, so you can learn more about what's required and volunteer
another month if the above events don't fit with your schedule.  If you are
interested in these months, please let me know soon.  We want to get
started on plans for this.
