[Troop351] Camping at Toyota Field

We are camping Friday night at Toyota Field after attending a Trash Pandas
game.  Please pack lightly for staying overnight.  Be sure to check with
your friends about sharing tents (must be less than 2 years of age
difference).

Rules for the event:
➢ NO RAIN GUARD or CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND (use the concourse for application
of bug spray and sunscreens)
➢ NO SPIKES FOR TENTS, ONLY WEIGHTS ALLOWED
➢ OUTFIELD ONLY, THE INFIELD GRASS IS OFF LIMITS- NO EXCEPTIONS
➢ NO CAMPFIRES
➢ NO WHEELED CARTS ON THE GRASS
➢ NO EMPTYING LIQUIDS OR BEVERAGES ON THE FIELD
➢ NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE
➢ NO SMOKING INSIDE TOYOTA FIELD
➢ NO PETS
➢ MUST CAMP OUT TO RECEIVE THE PATCH
➢ SCOUTS MUST LEAVE BY 8AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING
➢ NO COOLERS, NO GENERATORS, NO FIRE LANTERNS

Leave your stakes at home.  Tents must be free standing.  Note that the
site is cashless.  There will be someone exchanging cash for non-refundable
giftcards ($5,$10,$20).  You can also bring debit cards.  Tickets come with
$5 credit.  Popcorn and pepsi will be provided at the end of the game.  A
continental breakfast will be provided at 7am Saturday.

I will share a departure time later, but we are working on the event
schedule.  There is a scout parade at 5:15 and first pitch is 6:35.
We will be returning to Asbury by 8am.

I will be handing out tickets Friday evening.  Scouts must keep track of
their tickets once they are handed out to ensure they can redeem their
credit.  Those listed below will have a ticket.  Please let me know if you
will not be able to attend so that tickets can be reassigned if needed.
