[Troop351] Summer Camp Departure Plans

All,

*Packing Trailer:*
Saturday: 8:30am - 10:30am
Location: Scout Shed

We will load our gear Saturday morning.  Please be aware that we are
loading gear for 52 campers.  Pack in an appropriately sized foot locker or
tote (about 25 gal).  You can find a packing list on page ten of this parents
guide

Bring any forms that you have not yet turned in.  *You will not be able to
attend camp without all of your forms.*

*Do not pack your uniform or your swim gear.*  Those will be taken in a day
pack on Sunday.

*Departure for Camp:*
Sunday: Meet at 10am
Location: Scout Shed

*Bring a sack lunch.*  Camp will not feed us until dinner.

If you have meds to turn in, please bring instructions written on an index
card with each medicine in its own container and all of this in a ziploc
bag.  Scouts may recognize medication by color or size, but the adults
supervising this do not.

We will be checking in scouts as they arrive.  Parents, please do not leave
until we have checked in your scout and verified they have all of the forms
to attend camp.

Some of you may be meeting us at camp, or leaving early.  Please reply to
this email reminding me if you will not be leaving with us Sunday or
returning with us Saturday.

*Bikes at Camp*
Please see the roster below for those who plan to bring their bikes.  We
have spots for each of them.  Please let me know if there are any changes.
We still have the capacity to bring additional bikes.  Be sure to bring a
helmet or you will not be allowed to use your bike.  I listed other
recommended items in the "Bikes At Summer Camp" email.
