[Troop351] Cycling Merit Badge Meetup

We are going to work on skills this Thursday if the weather permits.  We'll
be meeting at Sunshine Oaks  <https://maps.app.goo.gl/NdoGBdwq348kHQyW6>and
going through requirement 5.
