[Troop351] Summer camp

We need to begin registering scouts for summer camp.  Late last year the
scouts voted to go to Camp Boxwell.  There are two camps there, and we will
be camping at Camp Stahlman (a part of Boxwell reservation).  Below is some
information about the camp:

Early Bird - $400 (before spring break allows us to submit those payments)

We are an out of council troop for this camp.  You'll see two costs listed
in the guide, and the out of council one applies to us.
We will begin collecting $100 registration payment, with all due before
spring break to get the Early Bird discount.

Note that many of the classes have an additional merit badge fee.  This is
usually used to cover supplies.  Most camps have these fees, but we have
not had those the past two years with the camp we attended.

Information on camperships will be forthcoming.  Out of council troops do
not have the same options, so we will need to share with you what options
we do have.  We do want to make sure every scout that wants to attend has
that option.  With a partial government shutdown possible, we'll have
options to fit different needs.

For those of you with Arrow of Light scouts, we will be working with scouts
that plan to join our troop to ensure they can register for summer camp
like other members of our troop.  Feel free to share this with them as
well.  We'll also have information to share specifically with them next
month.
