[Troop351] Canoeing and Camping

The roster sent yesterday was the final roster.  We didn't have any
additional changes.  We are meeting at 5:30 on Friday at the scout shed.
Be sure to eat dinner on Friday.  *We will not have dinner at camp on
Friday*.  Please bring a few extra items for this campout.

*Life vest* if you have one.  Yours may be more comfortable, and allow
someone else to get on the water with the limited number at camp.
Some form of *water shoes*.  We will be launching canoes from the shore.
You should not step into the water barefoot.
A *towel *and *extra clothes* in case you get wetter than expected.  The
water will be cold, so don't plan on swimming.
A *rain jacket* may be needed Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
*Sunscreen *and a hat since we'll be out on the water Saturday.

As usual, you will need a water bottle, tent, sleeping bag, ground pad,
clothes, toiletries, and other camping gear you'll find in your scout
handbook.  You'll  find some of the above items in your handbook, but we've
had a few months of cold weather camping so double check your list.
