[Troop351] Grubmasters Needed

We have multiple events happening this weekend.  There is an OA fall
fellowship that I encourage everyone in OA to sign up for.  Those of you in
OA should have received a registration link.

The troop has also set up a cooking themed campout at Joe Wheeler.  If any
scouts need to earn requirements related to being a grubmaster, please
remember to sign up to be a grubmaster.

Grubmaster should consider a budget for their patrol ($25/scout) and shop
for their food and supplies.  The important part of shopping is budgeting
and selecting the right items.  This can be done as a pickup order if that
better fits your schedule.  Make sure you keep your receipts and turn them
in for reimbursement.  You can send photos in via email or bring
receipts to the next meeting.

If you are unable to wait for reimbursement for any reason, please let me
or Mr. Sleasman know and we can work on a solution that works for you.  We
don't want this to prevent scouts from working on requirements.
