[Troop351] Monday Updates

There were several announcements that went out on band today.  Please make
sure you are following those updates.

- We are meeting tonight at Leathertree Park.  The Asbury gym has been
reserved by the church for another function and this is our alternate
meeting plans from the PLC.

- Review the spreadsheet posted to band for summer camp classes.  There is
a second "special notes" tab with details the camp shared about some of the
classes.  Prerequisites often can be done after camp unless it's something
like a swim test.

- We are packing for summer camp Saturday 8-10am.  The summer camp PLC met
on Sunday and requested we pack the day before to make the Sunday departure
smoother.  We will be meeting on Sunday at 9:30 by the scout shed.  It may
take some time to get everyone checked-in, but we would like to depart soon
after 10.  *Bring a sack lunch.*

- An initial duty roster has been created for summer camp.  Patrol leaders
selected days for their patrols to dake on specific tasks.  This will be
reviewed with the troop and a duty roster posted at camp.

Scouts, as you are preparing for camp, remember to show your scout spirit.
We will have a lot of fun.  Be sure you are following the scout oath and
law to ensure everyone has a good time.
