[Troop351] Medical Forms Updates

[Josh Cooley]

Adults and scouts will need current medical forms (A, B, and C) to attend
summer camp.  The roster of scouts and adults below have current forms.  I
will be contacting families directly with information on what is missing
and a request for an expected turn in date to ensure everyone is prepared
for camp on June 15th.  If you think there's an error in this roster,
please let me know.

Missing pieces for other scouts range from immunization records, just a C,
or all forms.  If you or your scout is attending camp, please watch for an
email listing what items are missing.
