I've got a variety of topics to cover.  Please review each.

*Havoc Hockey*
We are in need of an adult to take over trekmastaster for the game.  This
primarily involves coordinating the meetup at Asbury, ensuring everyone has
tickets before we depart, and sharing any additional information as it
comes up.
The game is January 31st.  Remember that the Arena is a cashless venue.  If
you did not purchase a meal voucher, plan for using a debit card, visa gift
card, credit card.

*Backpacking Plans*
We are backpacking in February.  I need to know which adults are interested
in going and what days you are available.  We may have multiple groups
again, and we need to ensure we have enough adults to cover multiple
groups.  Note that Madison City Schools are closed Feb. 17th, so keep that
date in mind as you are looking at your schedule.  Also look at the end of
Feb. (28-Mar 2).
If you would like to go backpacking, but are only available a single night,
please let me know.  We could shorten the trip if there are not enough
adults to fill out a 2 night backpacking trip.

*Summer Camp*
Please bring your $75 deposits for summer camp so we can let the camp know
how many we expect this summer.  Please bring those this Monday if you
can.  These are due February 3rd.  Since that date is a court of honor, it
will be much easier to get registered this Monday.

*Court of Honor - Guest Speaker*
We will have a guest speaker at our court of honor (Feb 3rd).  If our
District Executive, Doug Malone, can make it, he will be speaking for about
3 minutes.  He will have a Friends of Scouting speech.  Friends of Scouting
collects donations to support the council and scouters in need.  If this is
something you can contribute to, he would greatly appreciate it.  If not,
he shouldn't take too much time at our Court of Honor.
