[Troop351] Committee Meeting Update

The adult leaders have a monthly committee meeting just like the PLC
meeting.  As you may have seen on the Band app, the committee meeting is
not happening tonight as previously scheduled.  The PLC meeting and troop
meeting is still happening tonight.
