[Troop351] September Camping

Grubmasters, please hold off on buying food until this afternoon if you
haven't purchased food yet.

I'm keeping an eye on the weather.  Noaa has a flash flood watch through
Saturday morning.  We are camping on the top of the mountain, so this is
more an indication of heavy rain for us.  I've received advice that the
forecast models don't do well with existing conditions like the existing
dry air we've had recently.  I will see how things look at 3pm and let
everyone know what our current plan is.

We will mostly be dealing with rain.  If we do go camping and hear thunder,
we will seek shelter.
