[Troop351] Fort Morgan

We are ready to go camping.  We have full seats, so please let me know if
you need to change your plans.  We found seats for the 3 scouts that signed
up on the waitlist Monday evening.  We will be camping Friday night and
staying in Fort Morgan Saturday and Sunday night.  Please bring a tent or
hammock+rainfly for Friday.   Friday night camping will support hammocks or
tents.  The

Please be prepared for the weather.  You will need rain gear and cold
weather gear.  Friday night could be wet and will be freezing Saturday
morning.  The fort will be dry but not heated, lows are in the upper 40s.
If the weather requires an adjustment to departure or return, we will
announce that via email and band.

*Departure:*
- Eat before we depart.
- 5:15 - Meet at the scout shed to check in and pack the trailer.
- Wear your class A uniform for travel
- bring permission slip and medical forms if you have not updated them in a
year.
- money for a meal on the return trip home (and possibly the Fort Morgan
gift shop)
- personal camping gear
- grubmasters - bring patrol meals

*Return:*
- Monday afternoon.  Time estimates will be updated on band based on lunch
stop and fuel stops.
