[Troop351] ILST for scout leaders and NYLT

The troop will start an ILST class soon.  This is an introduction to
leadership skills for troops that is for scouts that hold a leadership
position (elected or appointed), and is beneficial for all scouts.  This
class is a prerequisite for scouts participating in National Youth
Leadership Training (NYLT) at Comer this January and February (NYLT dates
are also available in June).  We have scouts attending NYLT, so I'm putting
this together so that they can complete the prerequisites.  All scouts are
invited to attend.

Note that the training is recommended even if you have participated in an
ILST course before.

When:
Jan. 4 - 9am - 11am in room H209 (the top floor of the  Hope building at
Asbury)
Jan. 6 - 6pm - 7pm in the Asbury gym
Jan. 13 - 6pm - 7pm in the Asbury gym

These are 3 different modules we will be covering.  Please make an attempt
to attend all 3 if you plan to attend.  RSVP for the first one so I can
plan accordingly.  We may adjust the times based on the results of the
first class.

Module one - Troop Organization
Module two - Tools of Leadership
Module three - Leadership and Teamwork.
