[Troop351] Troop 351 Renewal/recharter

Troop 351 Families and Adult Leaders - Courtesy reminder to let me know (if
you haven't already) if you intend to discontinue participation with Troop
351 in 2025. We never like to see someone go, but we understand that
sometimes it's necessary (barring an age limitation, you can still come back
if things change later). 

We'd like to ensure our renewal payment to BSA reflects families/individuals
who will remain active so we don't overpay, so please contact me as soon as
you're able if this applies to you. Thanks.

		Troop 351 Families and Adult Leaders,
		     As you know, it is the time of year for us to recharter
the Troop. Many of you have undoubtedly received emails from BSA regarding
your individual renewals. Although we plan to renew the Troop as a whole,
nothing prevents families or Adult Leaders from renewing their Scouts or
themselves on their own. 

		     If you do not plan to participate in Scouts either with
Troop 351 or not at all in 2025, please let me know directly ASAP so we can
ensure the 2025 roster is updated correctly and we don't overpay. Thanks.
