[Troop351] Outing Small Correction

I think my email states, no sharing of tents.  Thats a leftover from the
template, and not correct.  Scouts can share a tent; following the
rules for safe scouting.  The 2 top of mind are, the scouts must be within
2 years of age, and adults tent separate.
