[Troop351] Camporee Gathering and Departure

With rain in the forecast, we are going to meet up at the scout shed at
5pm.  This will allow us more time to get the trailer loaded and ready to
go.  We will not depart until after 5:30, but please arrive early if at all
possible.

The weather forecast for Friday night shows the possibility of severe
weather.  With the hope that the severe weather will miss us, we will plan
for Friday.  If Friday afternoon arrives, and we find that the weather
forecast indicates it is not safe for camping that night, we will pack the
trailer Friday and depart very early Saturday morning.  I will send an
email before 5 and give verbal confirmation of our plans as scouts arrive.
