[Troop351] Camping Time: Camporee Roster

Camporee is this weekend.  Please check the roster and let me know if you
need to add or remove your name.  Grub masters hold off on purchasing food
for the final roster.

The current forecast shows rain Friday night, but good weather the rest of
the weekend.  Please pack appropriately.  I've included a troop info sheet
with my contact info as well as an abbreviated packing list.  Check your
scout handbook for a full list.  The attached Leader's Guide has a weekend
schedule.  I've also attached a blank permission slip, but you can find a
pre-filled form in scoutbook.

We will be merging the patrols down to 5 or maybe 4.  Grub masters should
wait for the final patrol roster before purchasing food.  Note that the "no
grub master" note will be resolved with the adjusted patrol list unless
someone planned to be grub master.  If you are in a patrol without a grub
master indicated (or Patriots), please let me know if you have a grub
master.
