[Troop351] Let's go White Water Rafting! - need your RSVP info quickly though

Troop 351,
     July is the month we go white water rafting and this year is no
exception. We have reserved boats and campground facilities for the weekend
of July 14-16 on the assumption participation will be sufficient. Basic plan
is to leave Madison Friday afternoon, set up camp near Bryson City, NC, go
rafting Saturday on the Nantahala river, and come home Sunday. It is always
a great time. The rafting company does not have an age limit that will
affect us (7 y/o min).

     WE NEED YOUR HELP THOUGH. 

     We are getting close to the first cancellation deadline (they get
incrementally worse and this Saturday is the first major one) where we'd
risk losing money and NEED YOU TO CONFIRM WHETHER YOU ARE GOING OR NOT
(adults too please) so we can decide whether to reschedule, cancel, or
continue as-is, but we have minimal info on how many are attending.

     We would prefer you to RSVP in Scoutbook, but in the interest of time,
we will accept reply-all "Yes" or "No" responses to this email (sorry in
advance for the spam, but it's the best way to ensure 2-deep) with your
attendance info.  For families with more than one scout and/or an adult
leader, please specify the responses by name so we can count everyone.

     Understand it is short notice, but PLEASE RESPOND BY DINNER TOMORROW
(Friday) so we can assess the situation and take action if needed.

     If there is an adult who would like to be the Trekmaster for this trip,
please let me or David Cybuck know.
