[Troop351] Tonight's meeting location changed

Note that the Court of Honor date has been changed as well. It's scheduled
July 24th and shows up in the scoutbook calendar (and band where the
scoutbook calendar is synced) with the correct date.

If you are unfamiliar with the basement location, this is the bottom floor
of the Hope building. One entrance faces Gillespie on the opposite side of
the road from the gym, but there's a basement entrance inside the
playground.
