[Troop351] Havoc Hockey Scout Night

Troop 351, join us for the Huntsville Havoc Scout Night on Friday February 9th.



Game: Friday, February 9th @ 7pm

Huntsville Havoc vs. Pensacola Ice Flyers



All Scouts in attendance will receive an event patch.



Tickets are $16/person with an optional meal voucher add-on for $9 (hot dog, chips, and soda).  The Von Braun Center is cashless, so you’ll need to have a visa gift card or debit credit card to pay for food if you choose not to by the meal voucher.



Please RSVP in Scoutbook or in person with Assistant Scoutmaster Cameron Smith by January 8th so we can ensure we have enough Adult Leaders attending the event.  You will also need to pay for your tickets and meal vouchers by the 8th if you want to be seated in the same section as the Troop.



The Havoc game is a fun night for the scouts but does not include any Scout advancement requirements.



Adult Leaders and Scouts who sign up to attend the Havoc Game will link up in front of the Asbury Gym at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, February 8th.  We’ll park in the parking garage across from the Von Braun Center (cost - $5 per vehicle).



Scouts will utilize the buddy system at all times during the event.




Here are a few tips for anyone who is new to Havoc hockey games at the Von Braun Center arena:


  *   The Propst Arena @ the Von Braun Center doors open at 6pm. Puck drops (game begins) at 7pm.


  *   VBC Clear Bag policy: only clear bags (any size) are allowed through security. All other restrictions can be found here: https://www.huntsvillehavoc.com/security


  *   The VBC is cashless for all purchases (concessions, team store, etc.)


  *   Parking is available for $10 in VBC lots, $5 in the public garage by the Hampton Inn (enter from Clinton AVE) or $5-$10 at private lots along Clinton AVE.


  *   Please remain in your seat while the puck is in play. Please do not stand in the walkways or along the railing as this blocks the view of others. (A Scout is Friendly, Kind, Courteous.)



  *   It can be cool inside the arena; layers and long sleeves are recommended under your Class A Uniform
