[Troop351] Wednesday at Camp

On Wednesday we had our morning classes after the flag ceremony and
breakfast.  The morning had a nice breeze and everyone enjoyed class time.

When the afternoon started heating up, the camp had games and
competitions.  We started at the water front with a canoe, swim, and paddle
boarding relay race. After starting out behind, we pulled ahead in the
canoe section and won the race.

Next was a coke dive. Cans were hidden in the water of the lake.  We
couldn't match the team that brought goggles, but our diver tied for second.

War canoes was the next event. It was very competitive. There were three
boys in a canoe with buckets in the beginner swim section. Their goal was
to swamp the other canoe.  We learned a lot as one of the first two teams
to compete.  We won the first round and had a draw with a restart against
the team that made it to the finals. It was very exciting and everyone
there was excited for the close competition.

We rounded out the afternoon with frisbee, chess, and air plane
competition.  There was free time as well and we got to socialize with
scouts from other troops.

I'm getting new pictures from earlier in the week so you may see new
pictures that aren't just from Wednesday.
