   - Troop 351, join us for the Huntsville Havoc Scout Night on Friday
   February 3rd.

   Game: Friday, February 3rd @ 7pm
   Huntsville Havoc vs. Macon Mayhem

All Scouts in attendance will receive an event patch.

RSVP via the Scoutbook Event or in person with Assistant Scoutmaster
Cameron Smith (ASAP) by December 12th so we can purchase tickets early and
attempt to keep the Troop seated together.

The Troop will cover the cost of tickets and the meal voucher (hot dog,
chips, and soda) for all Scouts and Adult Leaders. Any Scouts/Leaders that
do not wish to have the meal voucher need to notify Mr. Smith by December
12th and either eat prior to the meet-up time or be prepared to purchase
their own food (the Von Braun Center is now a cashless venue, meaning you
must have a visa gift card or debit/credit card to pay for food).

Adult Leaders and Scouts who sign up to attend the Havoc Game will link
up in front of the Asbury Gym at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, February 3rd.

Scouts will utilize the buddy system at all times during the event.

Families are welcome to attend the event but must RSVP with Mr. Smith
and pay their own way. Plan for your Scouts to sit separately with the
Troop. Payments for family member attendance are due to Mr. Smith by
December 12th to increase our chances of keeping the Troop and Families
   seated near each other.

   Tickets: Discounted at $16/ea

Optional Meal Voucher: $9/ea (hot dog, chips, soda)

Any parents wishing to take their scouts home straight from the game,
must check out with one of the Troop Adult Leaders, and the Scout must make
sure that he hands off his buddy to another Scout.

Let’s go Scouts! Let’s go Havoc!
